Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP)
Since April 2006 a Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) has been required for all new dwellings to determine its carbon emissions and energy consumption. Our certification with the NHER allows our experienced in-house Accredited SAP assessors to conduct assessments on new and refurbished domestic buildings in compliance with Parts L1A and L1B Building Regulations.

Stroma certificationPredictive Energy Assessment (PEA)
Our assessors are certified to produce a Predictive Energy Assessment (PEA). A PEA shows the Energy Efficiency Rating and Environmental Impact (CO2) rating on a scale of A to G where A is the best result. The certificate is required to market a new dwelling from plan.

Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) can be produced by our certified OCDEA SAP assessors. An EPC shows the Energy Efficiency Rating and Environmental Impact (CO2) rating on a scale of A to G where A is the best result. The EPC is a legal requirement of the Home Infomation Pack (HIP) for newly built dwellings.
