we’ve had the floorboards up and can now see what we are dealing with
So – this is a very brief post, but I wanted to share this little video as one of our clients came and visited us on site yesterday as was a little taken aback that this had already been done. It was a little noisy first thing on a Monday so we waited till a little later in the morning (I hate when I get woken by noisy building work so we try and be considerate as much as we can). Ultimately we have to remove these steps to convert the garage, and by doing this now, we can use the run along the floor for the drainage for the new first floor ensuite.
In addition – we’ve got the floor up so we know what we have (and have saved all the de-nailed timber for the clients to use in their woodburner once its installed) – we are removing all the pipework and will be recycling all that lovely copper, and today Alex has a meeting with the guys from the underfloor heating company.
