At the end of 2017 we started a renovation & extension project working on a semi detached house in Hove which involved a good sized extension to the rear of the property, opening up the back of the house into a large open plan space for entertaining, cooking and enjoying the garden.
This project involved building the extension (and rebuilding the garage as a utility area) with a beautiful vaulted ceiling and electric velux windows – including extra insulation wherever we could to make the house warm and cosy (well it wasnt during February’s snow!) then adding underfloor heating, all new electrics, windows, a spectacular set of bi-fold doors, new timber flooring, new kitchen, full decorations, and landscaping.
This is an excellent example of how it is possible complete a renovation & extension project on a house and transform the space into a home with a serious amount of wow factor to enjoy with your family and friends. We were extremely lucky to be working with great clients who understood our philosophy for doing the right thing, first time and then not having to worry about it again a few years down the line, and they are extremely happy with the end result. Even if the lads did eat all of their biscuits.
